Your ITPro Dashboard is the home base for your learning experience. It surfaces the content you've been working on, tracks your progress, and highlights what's new in the library.
What is the Continue Watching section?
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see the course you most recently viewed, with the last-watched episode in the leftmost position. Use the left and right arrows to browse other episodes in the course without leaving the Dashboard.
What is the Recently Viewed Courses section?
This section shows up to 12 courses you've recently accessed, including Bonus Series content. It's a quick way to pick back up across multiple courses without having to hunt through the library.
What is the Just Released Courses section?
This area highlights the newest fully available courses added to ITPro. A great place to spot fresh content relevant to your learning goals.
Where do I find my achievements and certificates?
At the bottom of the video ribbons, you'll see your total training hours completed and all certificates of completion you've earned through ITPro.
What is the Notification Panel?
On the right side of the Dashboard, the Notification Panel shows:
- Assignments: Active assignments from your admin, including course details and assigned episodes. Click the arrows to expand.
- Courses in Production: Courses currently being filmed, with projected completion dates. Click Notify me on any course to receive an email when it's ready.
