Many ITPro courses offer transcripts and closed captioning to support different learning styles and accessibility needs. Here's how to find and use them.
How do I access transcripts?
If a course has a transcript available, you'll find it on the right side of the episode menu. Use the search feature at the top of the transcript to find specific keywords within the episode. Clicking a highlighted section of the transcript will jump the video player to that moment in the episode.
Note: Transcripts are available in English only. Downloadable versions of transcripts are not available.
How do I turn on closed captioning?
When closed captions are available for an episode, you can activate them from the player controls at the bottom of the video player. Click the CC button to toggle captions on or off.
Note: Closed captioning is currently supported in English only and is not available on all videos. Captions are also not available on downloaded episodes.
