How do I submit a course request?
- First, check the Course library and the Courses in Production section on your Dashboard to confirm the course isn't already available or in progress.
- If you don't find it, reach out to the User Support team through the chat bubble.
- Include the course title and any relevant details such as the exam number, certifying body, or specific content focus.
The more detail you provide, the easier it is for the team to evaluate and process your request.
How does the request process work?
The ITPro team reviews course requests each month. The more times a course is requested, the more likely it is to be prioritized for production. Your request adds to the collective voice of members asking for that content.
