As certifications evolve and new course versions are released, older course versions are moved to the Legacy section rather than removed entirely. Legacy courses can still be useful for reference or for covering older exam versions.
What are Legacy courses?
Legacy courses are older versions of current courses, or content that covers retired or obsolete technologies. When an updated version of a course is released, the prior version moves to the Legacy section.
Where do I find Legacy courses?
Legacy courses are accessible in two ways:
- Log in to your ITPro account and go to the Courses page. Click the Category tab and locate the Legacy tile.
- You can also use the search icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to search by course name.
Note: Once in the Legacy tile view, use your browser's built-in search function (Ctrl+F on Windows or Cmd+F on Mac) to quickly find a specific course.
Are Practice Labs and Practice Tests available for Legacy courses?
Not always. When a course moves to Legacy, its associated practice test or lab may no longer be linked directly to the course or may be removed entirely. To check availability, go to the Virtual Labs or Practice Tests page, click the Legacy tile, and search the list using your browser's Find tool.
