What do I need to complete to earn CPEs?
- Watch all video content in the course.
- Pass the qualified assessment with a score of 70% or higher.
How do I know how many CPEs a course is worth?
CPEs are determined by a combination of total video hours and the time spent engaging with knowledge checks and the final assessment. The course details will reflect the total CPE value.
How do I receive my CPE certificate?
- Complete all video content in the course.
- Pass the final assessment with a score of 70% or higher.
- Click the Generate Certificate button from the right side panel to download your certificate of completion.
- Submit the certificate to your state accreditation body to claim your CPEs.
Are these CPEs NASBA-approved?
ACI OnDemand audit courses were created in alignment with NASBA standards.
What if the Assessment button hasn't turned orange yet?
The Assessment button turns from white to orange only after all episodes in the course have been marked complete. If the button hasn't changed color, check through the episode list for any episodes missing a green checkmark.
- To manually mark a completed episode, use the Mark episode as viewed checkbox in the video controls.
Note: All episodes must show a checkmark before you can access the assessment and generate your certificate.
