Access codes let you unlock specific ITPro content through partner organizations. Whether you have a code or an activation URL, here's how to get it applied to your account.
What format do access codes use?
All ITPro access codes follow this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
How do I redeem an access code if I already have an ITPro account?
- Log in to your ITPro account.
- Click the Account icon in the top-right corner to go to your User Info page.
- Select Access Code -- View/Redeem.
- Enter your code in the Redeem Code box and click Redeem.
- Your unlocked content and access dates will appear on the right side of the page.
- Access your courses from the Courses page.
My activation URL or code isn't working. What do I do?
- Contact the vendor who provided the code. They may be able to issue a new one or identify the issue on their end.
- If the vendor is unable to help, reach out to our Learning Support team through the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen or by emailing ondemand.support@acilearning.com.
